Hello

I'm having problems with my '98 F150 and the power windows.
First the driver side window would not work, then with out explanation it started working again.
Then, about a week later, both the driver side, and passenger side do not work at all.

I've checked all fuses, and relays, and all seem to check out OK.
I've taken out the switch on the driver side, made sure it was all clean and all the contacts were OK, and all is well there too.

Now, I DO see the dome light dim a bit when the driver OR passenger window switch is pressed in the up position or down position.

I understand that means current is making it to the motor, but the motor may be binding ?

If that is the case, is is just coincidence that BOTH the driver side and passenger side are now not working, presumably from the same problem ?

Any help appreciated here to avoid taking it to the stealers.
