projector headlight

I just purchased these headlights:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...982771201&rd=1
and notice the 2 bulbs at the bottom require extra wiring. The seller said to have it professionally wired, which I may do, but I would like to know 1.)What do they get wired into? and 2.)Do I need to purchase anything to get the job done? Is it possible to do on my own? Thanks!!

Question This might help

You should be able to buy wiring harness @ a parts store or dealer and wire them into the parking light and turn signal. When I bought my headlights, they came with all the wiring, I just had to wire them into the parking lights.

Hope this helped

I put the headlights in but did not wire the smaller bulbs yet. Whenever I turn the lights on, even the lows, it says my brights are on. When I do switch to the brights the second bulb slowly tries to light up but both of the bulbs dim immediately and are not nearly as bright as the ion bulb alone. Is it normal to always say the brights are on? What could be the cause of the dimming? Possibly need a new battery? The truck is 4 years old and never had a new one. Thanks!
