F150 w/351 Windsor that won't start.

Had my truck out for a drive after getting it ready for state inspection. One block from home the engine stopped. The engine won't turn over using the ignition switch. It will by shorting the terminals on the starter solenoid but the engine won't turn over even with the key in the on position. The only other symptom is that accessories like the radio don't work if the ignition switch is in the on or accessory position. Have replaced the ECC relay start solenoid, ignition switch, and electronic control module on the distributor. I'm running out of thoughts. Seems to me like an open circuit or bad relay. Glad I found this site. Many thanks for any thoughts.

Dead 351 Engine

Hi folks, its me with the dead F150 again. I've been tracing wires and/or harnesses off and on today and I stumbled across a tin can with a couple of connectors under the center of the dash that I believe is a processor of some sort. Does anyone know if my assumption is correct and if so if it is shot could it be the reason the truck won't start or the accessories won't work?

As usual any input is appreciated.

Thanks,
Gary Durica
