Blinkers and Dings

Blinkers and Dings
1989 F150 V8 5.0 liter
1st problem is that my blinkers don't work sometimes. Not the lights or even the little cab lights. Like a bad connection maybe. 2nd problem I've been having is my warning "Ding" (key in ignition, lights on, no seatbelt) has not been working, or when it does work... it's so quite, I can barley hear it. 3rd problem (or not) is that I don't have my "Check Engine" light come on anymore. This sounds like a good thing, but ever since I've owned my truck, it's flashed on and off when driving. Was always told it was just a glitch. So odly enough, it started "not flashing" the same time the other problems started. Are all these problems connected in someway? Like a fuse problem or something? Any ideas?
