Noisy Wiper motor?

well i replaced the entire system from another parts truck i had, and i know it was good, worked last week flawlessly, and i installed it on my 92, and it still makes the same noise the old one did. i replaced the motor, the arms inside the cowl, and the arm outside the cowl. everything is replaced. what could be making that noise, sounds similar to grinding, but not quite grinding. any ideas?

Although I've never had the problem, did you notice any "shiny" metal that would indicate something is rubbing on either the master or slave arms? Just a thought.

Hey

I replaced my wiper motor because it was burnt out.

I found just before it burnt out it got really slow and noisey and i noticed that when i took it apart that all of the bushing in the linkage had started to seeze up and were very stiff

hope this helps
