power window problems

Hello all, I have a 1997 F150 that has both windows stuck in the up position,. does anyone have a schematic or ideas?? Power is thru the fuse but not getting to the switch. Both windows on the drivers side and the switch on the passengers don,t work. Any useful suggestions??

On the drivers side find the Light blue wire with a black stripe. It should have power when the ignition is on. If not check fuse 25 in the fuse box that is under the hood. If that fuse is ok, then it could be the acc delay relay. It's the bottom relay on the left in the fuse box under the dash. Just swap two of the relays in the fuse box. If that doesn't work then the GEM module is bad or you have a broken wire between the GEM and the window switch. They usually break in the boot that is between the door and the door jam.
