This is my first post to this forum. I have purchased nerf bars with lighted pads. I want to wire the lights to come on whem the doors are open. I noticed a set of wires under the drivers side door. My truck is 2004 Supercrew with the tow package option. Here is the question

Is there a wire located under the drivers door that will acomplish this?
