electrical

Is there another component between the dash lights and the parking/license lights? Mine went out and I have checked the fuse and it is good but they still are not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

What went out, the dash lights or the parking lamps? Your question is not clear...

HELP!!! LIGHTING!!!!

The dash lights, parking lights, and the tail lights are not working. It is not the lamps, and I have checked the 5 amp fuse and it is still good. That's why I was wondering about the component between them. I had hooked up some new lights for my trailer I pull behind my truck and thats when the lights on my truck stopped working. I unhooked the lights from the trailer, but my lights on my truck still won't work. I tried to find a wiring diagram but was unable to get a picture of one. Thanks

I can tell you it's not a 5 amp fuse for all those lights.
You caused a short or an overload and blew a fuse.
It's going to be at least a 20 amp but I can't tell you which one.
You have to look at the top of the fuses or pull them out one at a time and look at them close.
The fault may still be there so be prepared to blow another one until the fault is cleared.

On my 99 the parking lamps are fuse #6 in the fuse box under the hood. Its a 15 anp fuse.
