Where is the Flasher located?

Acording to the ford service manual that is not to good at describing the flasher, it is located in a relay box with the blower motor relay. from what I can tell it is above the steering colomn I went out and listend to my 01 screw and I can hear it in that general area. suposidly it is an eletronic flasher that controls both the turnsignal and hazzard (4 ways)
You might want to check fuses the service manual states there are 2 fuses located in the central junction box under dash #13 fuse 20amp and #23 fuse 10 amp Hope this helps the manual is not very exacting on the flasher location.
