Recently purchased a '93 F150 and have experienced unique? problem. The cruise disengages when the headlights are turned on. Any help out there?

 

Does it have a trailer connector? there might be corrosion back there allowing the taillight/marker circuit to backfeed the brakelight circuit. Does your truck have two switches on the brake pedal (one for brake lights, one to disengage cruise...) or just one?
