R & R power window motor

I am having a problem with my drivers power window on a 98SC.How hard is it to replace the motor? Mine is getting slower on cold days. If its below 20 degrees I have to push it down. When it warms up a little better but still slow. Thanks

Window regulator motors are eay to change with window up remove door trim pannel carefuly pull back weather shield find 3 drill dimples near widow motor and make shure there is no wiring in the way behind the dimples using a 3/4 inch hole saw drill out the 3 dimples using a deep socket remove the three bolts through the drilled holes unplug the wiring conecter and remove the motor. reverse procedure to reinstall.
