Intermitent Headlights

We have been having a problem with our 97 F150 where thr headlights won't always come on. So far, toggling from high to low beama few times has gotten them going. Anyone familier with this?

I believe that if you'll do a search on "Multi-Function Switch" you'll see the light. No pun intended.
