Question about Expedition mirror

Question about Expedition mirror

Guys quick question will 97-02 expedition mirrors fit a 2003 F150 ? I am looking at some that are power and heated they look the same but i am looking at pic's any input would be great.

Intuitively I would say that it should bolt right up since they are the same body style...the big question here is how much new wiring will you have to do...if memory serves me right, the KR's came stock with heated mirrors so who knows, the wires may be there already. I just wouldn't know how you'd control them (off/on)

I was told by the guys that make the "Signal Mirrors", (Muth) that it would drop right in, as I was going to do just that when I upgrade to signal mirrors. Get the heated version that they list for the Expy, and wire it into my F-150. I think they even have a kit now that includes a timer for the defroster...but it has been a while since I looked into it.

Could you post WHO makes the kit for the heated mirrors ?

I am looking into doing that as well...
