Intermittent Engine Hesitation

Problem:
Truck runs fine most of the time, but sometimes while moving the engine will stop accelerating and will coast, but the truck will still maintain slow speeds. Pushing the gas pedal will rev the engine, and eventually it will kick back in, but sometimes the engine will die.

Things Tried:
Replaced Throttle Positioning Sensor
Replaced All Oxygen Sensors
Replaced Fuel Pump
Cleaned/Replaced All Filters
Replaced EEC Power Relay

Mechanics Advice:
Believed the problem was electrical. Diagnostic machine revealed nothing. Ruled out posibility of low fuel pressure, and transmission failure.

Things Found:
Check engine light does not come on when turning the ignition to the on position, indicating that the computer may not be receiving power, or the bulb is dead.
