$x2 2004 Lariat question

This weekend i pulled the center panel off of the console to install my Sat Radio bracket from Pro-Fit. Live the mount.

While i was inside the dash, i looked at my "Change Holder" that would normally be a 4x4 transfer switch... and it has a wireing harness attached to it. but when i pulled it all off, the harness is just attached with no jumpers. I know Ford can save money by standardizing on componets, but what kind of voltage can i get from it? what fuse is protecting this?

james
p.s. the panel was not hard to take off, but man was i worried when it felt like the plastic should have cracked while i was pulling on it.

the owners manual identifies all fuse circuits, whether the option is there or not.
