headlight bulb?

headlight bulb?

Can someone on this fine message board tell me how to replace the headlight bulb?Not much room behind to pull bulb out.I have a touch of arthritis, if there is a simple way, thanks for the help!

Welcome to F150online also !!

If you pull up on the black tab you will see just behind the headlight housing under the hood it will release the whole light assembly to get the bulb out.
If you lift the tab and push back a little on it at the same time it makes it easier. Using something round on the tab edge hook will make it easier on the fingers to pull up. Removing the turn signal lense makes it easier too but also not required to do it.. Hers a link to another topic on it with a picture of the tab and the 1 screw needed to pull the turn lens out.
