In a '94, assuming that your flash rate is unusually slow, all you have to do is replace the flasher unit itself.

Assuming it has always been slow and you just want it faster....if you add a resistor in line with the bulb it will speed it up. might be a pain to do but it should speed it up. A one ohm resistor is probably what I would start with and go from there....

Maybe upgrade it from a Thermal Flasher to an Electronic Flasher?

I just got LED replacments for my bulbs in the taillights and the blinkers go faster now.

I want toem to go back to what they were and this was what the guy at the LED place said.

"Sometimes this can be solved by replacing your flasher with a heavy dutyelectronic unit.
Our Load Resistors will always solve the problem but they are harder to install."

Any idea where I can get a heavy duty flasher and what I ask for?

Thanks

Steve
