Funky sounding Horn?

Funky sounding Horn?
I have a 2001 Expedition and lately the horn has taken a turn for the worse. Its more of a small car honk now, I was wondering if anyone knew where the horn is located?

on mine it is on the passenger side above the front bumber, there are two of them

Thanks, I am hoping maybe one just needs to be replaced or has a loose wire or something.
