I have a 97 F150 4.6L. I'm having a problem with my door ajar light staying on. Problem is after I shut the truck off the dome light will stay on. I don't have this problem all the time which is making it really confusing. Any suggestions how to fix?

soak the latch on the door with wd40. there is a switch in there that sticks.

before posting you should try the search feature first
