Drivers-side Power window

I have a 2000 Ford Expedition. It is equipped with the one touch drivers side power window. All windows but drivers side work fine. The window was going up and down like normal.. windows just cut in and out twice (for 1/2 day...then worked again fine)now it has been out for a month. The relay just clicks when i hit the switch up or down. I've replaced the relay and switch..same problem. The schematics say the drivers side window is run to a logic control box(for the one-touch switch..all others are ran straight to the motors except drivers side) Also, what triggers the power window motor? Is is a voltage or a ground that triggers it? Anyhelp is appreciated.

problem solved... bad power window motor. I did the slam test.. I held the switch in the up position, slammed the door, and i could hear that sound the motor makes when the windows are rolled all the way up and switch is depressed at the same time.

My windows had quit in the down position. As Murphy would have it, it waited until a rainy day for it to happen... Anyway, I tried the slam test and the window rolled up. It continued rolling up and down tonight.

How is your window doing after the slam test? If it started working, how long has it been working since then?
