Headlight adjustment?

How do I adjust the headlamps on a 2000 Ford F-150?
Where are the adjustment screws? TIA

The headlights are each held in by 3 retaining/adjustment screws.

Pop your hood and look at each end of the radiator fan cowl. there are two holes each where you can see a retaining bar. Gently push each bar away from you (towards the firewall) and then up. After you finish that you can pull your light straight out from the grill. If you don't have enough slack you can disconnect the bulb from the wiring harness.

You'll notice some funny looking plastic nuts on the screws. These are the beam adjustments. Now you can figure out which one you need to adjust to change your aim. Just be sure to have the edges of the square portion of the nut vertical (otherwise the retaining bars will not reseat).

Have fun.
