A/C not working after Installing CD/MP3 player

A/C not working after Installing CD/MP3 player

Can anyone help me... I installed an mp3/cd player today and now my A/C doesnt work or blow at all... the lights work on it though... can anyone help? I'm thinkin I blew a fuse but any response will help.. thank you

Not real sure what is wrong but if I were to guess I would say something is putting pressure on the wires coming out of the AC controls. I think I would pull out the cd player and maybe give the wiring harness a wiggle and see if you can get it to work. Something would have had to short out to blow a fuse so hopefully something is just pushing on the wires causing a bad connection. I know thats not much help but it's where I would start.

It was suggested in the past that the dials can break on the inside and yet remain in place, Might have they gotten smashed and come loose from the actual "turny thingys" (love that detailed explanation)!

pull out radio

like suggested:

check your manual and find the fuse to a/c and radio. see if either are blown.

then take out the radio and see if you can get the a/c working. did you disconnect power while installing your radio? it is suggested you do so. make sure you didn't blow the main fuse.

check the climate control blower controls (*****) and make sure the actuators are connected to the control *****/cables.
