Does anyone know how to disarm the factory antitheft device in a 1998 F150. I have no remotes, but when i get out and lock the doors the antitheft light on the dash comes on and the alarm goes off at about 5:30 in the morning. I tried locking the doors with the keys and it still goes off. Thanks for any help.

 

On my 97 F150, if you just push down the physical lock (next to the window, like the old days of locking without remotes or electric locks) it will not arm my theft alarm but of course does lock the door.
