Odometer Readouts
2001 F150 4.2 L engine
With the ignition off, when you hold the odometer reset button in and turn the ignition on, the odometer displays all kinds of information. It display “GAGE” and all the gages cycle thru their range. Press the button again and you get “BULB“. Press the button again and the display reads “r 53“. Press again and it reads “EE 01”. Press again and it reads “dt 4d87”. Each time you press the button you get another readout. I counted 28 readouts before I quit. There were more, but I quit looking until I found out more about them. Where can one find a listing of these readings?
