I removed some fuses under the dashboard and put them back in but left one out and started the car. Well, I put it back and now the car attempts to start but it just won't turn over. What the heck did I do?

I was trying to find the burned-out fuse that was preventing the back up light and AC/ heat from turning on. I blew this when I tried to install accessory back up lights.

Any suggestions?
