When I pull down the 2000 F-150 owner's manual it shows the power windows as fuse # 110 in the power distribution box ( under the hood ).

It is a 30 A Maxi Fuse

The A/C could be a few things.
1. the A/C clutch relay is half relay 204
2. The A/C clutch is fuse #13 15A

Those are what the manual online show for the 2000 F-150

Let us know what is up with these, and we can move forward.
You could have a problem aside from a bad fuse causing this.

Good luck

Info for a 1999 F150 may help:

The power window fuse is #110 (30 amp).

Fuse #103 (50 amp) can also cause the windows to fail if it blows.

Position #601 is not used.
