Question Stock fog lamp plug to PIAA adapter?

Has anyone ever come across or successfully fabricated an adapter plug that is capable of connecting a set of PIAA lights (40 series) to the factor fog lamp plug without modifying either the PIAA or factor wiring harnesses? Essentially, has anyone found or made a "plug and play" adapter? I'd like to install a set of lamps but I'm not interested in cutting the factory wiring harness and splicing on a new plug. If for some reason the PIAAs need to come off, I want a clean removal.

I'm not sure what the 2004 uses for fogs. but my 2003 Lariat uses 9145 bulbs stock. I replaced this bulb with a 9005 (High Beam), which PIAA also happens to make. I used GE Super Blue as they are the same brightness as Silvania/Osram SilverStars but cost about half the price here in Canada. Some people say they had to clip the socket to make the 9005 fit. I however lined up the two notches that fit properly, then kinda turned it on an angle to twist it in. It went in actually easier than the 9145 does and fits very secure. My fogs are now super bright.
