Question Timed Lights when engine shutoff at night.

The Ford dealer says that I can't make the head lights stay on longer at night when I turn the truck off. I need more time and the lights turn off before I can make it to the garage. A little helkp will be nice.

The 2003 manual says about 20 seconds is all you get. May I sugggest you park closer or run to your door.

Or like Bentwrench suggested "put a remote contolled light in driveway." You could maybe get a motion sensor light? How about a flashlight or a key chain light?

Just leave them turned on. Sure, you'll need a new battery every now and then, but, hey, you can see your way home:santa:
