I have a '99 EB Expy and I just finished adding Sylvania Silverstars to the headlights and foglights.

My question is: how can I get the foglights to come on without having the headlights on?

why would you want to? at night you would have inferior lighting versus using fogs in combination with headlights.


now on to your question...

the foglight switch is dependent on the headlight switch.

first you need to separate onto its own switch. But if you are doing that you might as well rewire and put it on its' own circuit.
