Replace Keyless entry system???

I Lost a set of keys with my key FOB do I need to replace the keyless entry system as well as my entire lockset to make sure no one rips off my truck??? Any help would be appreciated

You will only need to replace the lock set.
When the new keys and fob are PGMed, the old ones will not work.
When the keys are PGMed, request that all existing keys are erased.
