Question Reprogram keyless entry

I have recently purchased a 2002 F-150 Supercrew XLT. I ordered two new remotes for the keyless entry and programmed them fine. Now I was wondering if there is any other options in the keyless entry system I can program.

Right now when I press the lock button, the lights flash to tell me they are locked. If I press it again, the lights flash again and the horn beeps.

When I press the unlock (once for driver and twice for all), the interior lights come on.

Is there any way to tell the system to change what is happening? I would like the horn to beep when I press the lock the first time. And when I press the unlock, I want the lights to flash. ---- Is this possible?

Chris

I don't think there is anyway to change it on a Ford. I know on the Jeeps there is a program change you can do and on the corvettes but I think the Fords cannot be changed. I will tell you somehting you can do though.... You can program that keyless entry remote to run more than one vehicle. When I bought a ranger a couple years ago it had keyless but didn't come wiht a remote (used truck) so I took the spare remote off of my dad's Expedition and programed it for mmy ranger but it remembered both codes so I could unlock my truck and my dad's truck all at the same time. It was kinda wierd cause I parked in the street so I wiould set my alarm and he parked in the garage and would always cuss me cause I locked his keys in his truck in the garage whenvery I locked mine.
