Does anyone know how the hell to get the window motors out of the door on a 91 f-150 lariat? i already took off the door panels, plz dont suggest that idea.

 

Did you get the lift motor out? If you cant see the bolts that hold motor, then look for dimples in metal. Drill those out big enough so you can get right size socket in to remove bolts. Dimples inline w/motor bolts.

You may need to fix window so it dosent drop as you'll be moving the lift arms that hold it. Just look at how old motor is installed/uninstall and then install new lift motor.

Maybe grease/lube any pivot points you see. Test before putting panel back. Have fun!
