OK, I read the tech article on adding the fog lamps to an F150, but still have a question. The aurticles author wired them to the parking lamps, Now my truck, even though it does not have fog lamps, has the fog lamp switch that pulls out...by chance does anyone know if the fog lamp wire harness may also be under there somewhere just waiting to be utilized?

 

Look behind your bumper where the lights mount. If you see the plugs, then yes it is. If, not then no most likely it isn't...

I added a set to my '03, but I maed my own harness to come on with the parking lights, and added my own seperate switch on the dash. Got pix in my gallery...

 

the question is, does your switch have the foglight icon that would illuminate when the fogs are on? if you look carefully you can see it on the far right of the switch. if it does not, then your switch will NOT work, a new one is like $40ish?
