Wire harness under head light switch?

I have just completed my white gauge and billet trim install.
When I had the head light switch out. I found a (7) wire harness
with a cover over it? Can anyone tell me what this harness is for?
I do not have factory fogs or DRL. Can I tie into this harness
for power? Any ideas.
Thanks In advance.
