I just got this truck a few days ago, the only problems with it is the cruise doesn't work, the door ajar stays on sometimes, and sometimes the parking brake light doesn't go on when I put the parking brake on. I told the dealer about the cruise, they will fix it after new years, so thats taken care of. I think I can handle the other things.

I looked at this board and saw the thread about where the door ajar sensor is, i think it is sticking so I will wd40 that thing up, hopefully it will be good. Good info here.

Now, I really can't find where the parking brake sensor is so I can clean it up and make sure it's not sticking or contacting properly. ANy help or direction as to where it is?? I couldn't see it, do i have to take some stuff off to see it??? THanks

I found it, after carefull inspection, there is a sensor at the very top of the assembly, towards the rear. I wd40'd it up, hopefully it will be good
