When the right turn indicator is turned on, the indicator sound is rapid, but dash light does not work and front and rear lights do not work. If you just hold the handle up it usually works, but not if you pull it all the way up to the auto. position. Left side works fine.

 

Dirty multifunction switch contacts. Patina develops after a few years.

I've had this trouble as well. If you do a search for "multifunction", you'll find how to remove it. It can be disassembled and cleaned or it can be replaced if you prefer.
