Just bought a 97' fleet vehicle from the company I work for.The truck has had one problem from day one.The wipers and windows will not operate until the truck has been run 20-25 mins.I'm told it could be a power relay issue.We have had 2 other trucks the same year with the exact same issue.In 2 cases no local ford dealer could fix the issue...any body ever heard of this?

any info would be greatly appreciated

 

Perhaps a stupid question....
Did the 97's have a vacumn switch of some kind - that air could be leaking?
