I have a '99 F-150 that flashes an air bag warning light code of 2 and 7 at startup. This cycles for perhaps 3 times and then the light remains lit until the ignition is turned off. Can some one tell me what this code means before I take it to the mechanic?

Thanks for the response. I had seen that thread and was hoping someone who had access to the codes might be able to tell me what 2-7 means. I want to know what the cause is before taking it to a mechanic and relying on what he tells me.
