Unhappy No Heat

I have a 97 F150 and I'm not getting any hot air through the vents. The hoses going to the heater core are hot on both sides(in/out).I've checked fuses and looked for power at the climate controls.(it doesn't seem like there is any power to the heat select rheostat. any help?
