Help!

I am out in Canada staying in Mississauga while doing work for Chrysler and on the way to the plant the battery light keeps coming on as my RPM's increase. Originally it came on around 4500RPM now it's down to 3000RPM. I know this is the alternator brushes failing as my research has shown. However I don't have any tools with me and I don't want to risk driving back to Michigan without replacing it. So where is the best place to pickup a good alternator and possibly the tools to do the job?

Do they have Employee bulletin boards where you work? Surely someone there would help you out with your alternator.

 

Unfortunately my work is actually back in michigan and I am only here in Canada while installing new automated equipment at the Brampton Chrysler assembly plant. Unfortunately because they are currently shutdown for the changeover there are very few people that I can ask and was looking for input from people I already know will tell me the best place to go.

Thanks Jason for the input, I will stop by there tomorrow and see what they can do.

Anything I should watch out for, I really don't want to change the thing and have it go out again anytime soon.
