My brake lights (including third brake light) wont come on when i hit the brake pedal. But they work if i hit the flashers,turn the blinkers on, or if i turn the parking lights on. I've also changed the bulbs out, but that didn't work.

 

Sounds like a bad brake light switch, located by the brake pedal.
