Changing Brake light bulbs

I have a left brake light out in my 01 screw. Do I need to remove my bed liner to gain access to the bulb?

Nope. No need to remove the bedliner (god, what a hassle).

There is a single bolt that is inside the crease where the tailgate closes that needs to be removed. The assembly then pulls straight back and off the truck. Be sure to clean that area out really well when you're in there and, if you're smart, maybe use some duct tape or something to cover that damn hole that's in there that allows all the sand and grit to get behind the light.
