Factory alarm light output?

Is there an easy way to change the factory alarm setup from flashing the headlights to flashing the turn signals? With my Xenarc setup I don't want them flashing everytime I hit the button again on accident.

scicrave,

The park and head lamp relays share the same ground and their power is hot at all times. When the ANTI-THEFT activates it completes the ground the relays share.
Give me a day to figure this one out. It will involve a few new relays.....

Regards

You are going to need a normally closed 12v relay and a Normally open 12 volt relay. The normally open one is the common ones used for fog light relays and can be purchased at any auto parts store. The normally closed one is the odd duck but I know Hella Inc makes them. The normally closed one will have to be wired into the ground for the headlight relay. It will be normally closed so the circuit will operate normally till it receives a signal to open from the Alarm system. The other relay will be used to power the first relay so it will open when the alarm goes off. I will need to know which model year of truck you have to know how to wire it up.

Yes!

It's a 2001 Gen II Scab with Fogs, but no auto lamps (if that makes a difference, sounds like the relays used are the same).
