HELP power window motor removal

I am currently working on my grandfather's 89 f150. The driver's side motor gear is stripped. Is there any website showing removal and reinstalling a new one?
I also would like to see an electrical schematic for the windows and door locks because the passenger side is not working at all.
Could this be the switches or do you think it is both the motor and actuator.
Looks like you have to drill out the rivets to remove the window motor. Am I right?

You do have to drill out the rivets. just replace them with 1/4 by 1/2 inch machine bolts with washers. the gear assembly is available separately but it costs almost as much as the motor assembly. I just replaced one in my truck for $50.00. the other door probably needs a new motor. If one motor is trying to work you probably don't have wiring problems. the power window motors ford puts in these trucks are marginal at best. when you get the new motors installed and working, lube the **&% out of the window felt with the graphite powder they sell for locks and they will stay on operating order for quite a while.
