theft light blinking, truck wont start
My theft light is blinking and my truck wont start... can anyone help, the dealer wants to replace the instrument cluster... doesnt sound related... Help.

While turning the key to the ON position
(do not start the truck) hold the reset buton for the odometer. after about 4 seconds you will see the word test where the mumbers usually are. Release the button. Then press it and release it till dtc appears followed by numbers. Write down the numbers after every dtc. You may have more than one. These are the diagnostic trouble codes for the instrument cluster. Let me know what the codes are.
