Winshield wiper fluid problem

My Windshield wipers work but I cannot get any fluid to squirt out. It doesn't even make the motor sound? What can this be or how do I check to see whats wrong?

i would start with checking the fuse then check the plug that goes into the washer res that is where the pump is.

I have a problem with one of the fluid not coming out.(the far side) How do I go about in removing the tube to see if I have a clog?
