Windshield Wipers

I bought a used 2000 F150 and every now and then the wiper will make just one pass and then stop. My wife is the primary driver of this truck and she notices that it happens whenever she makes a hard left turn...didn't notice if that was true or not. Any ideas?

It's the multi-function switch..
Have replaced a ton of these things for the exact same problem.
Nothing to it, just drop the 3 phillips head screws from the lower column shroud, remove the tilt lever (if equipped),remove the lower shroud, remove the 2 torx screws and disconnect wiring harness. Caution: Be extremely careful not to break the locking tabs on the connectors.
That's all there is to it.. Take about 30 minutes max..

Good Luck

Thanks for the info. If the problem continues, I'll give it a try.
