ok, here's the deal... at any random time ill be riding down the road and my odometer cuts off and cuts back on a few seconds later, and sometimes when the passenger shuts the door the door ajar button and interior light stays on for a while after the door has been shut, then will finally cut off.... any suggestions?

 

what year is your truck and is it a 4x4 and is it just the odometer or is it the speedo its self i have a 2000 f150 4x4 and it was doing this same thing the speedo would jump around and not work at all sometimes i took it to the dealer and they checked it out , come to find out there were a couple of wires cut into under the truck they said they have been getting a few problems with this if you have the manuel 4x4 shifter in the floor they said these wires was just on these truck with this kind of shifter
