clearance lights on 2001

are there any pictures of 97-03 150s with clearance lights? this is an option i thought ford would offer on 1/2 tons.

I have never seen clearance lights on any light duty truck. I am sure the auto parts stores in your town would have kits of some kind to add the lights to your vehicle.
