I used Google with the term : led tail lights 3157
I get a whole list of options.
I have never done these myself, as I have always read that the light does light bright enough unless you are in a straight line with the bulb. Slightly off to one side or the other and thee are alledgly dim...didn't sound like a good option for STT lights to me,
This is just what I have read, I have never tried it myself.
I do know that the Peterson STT that I mounted in the cap window do work alright off to an angle, but these are additional lights, no the primaries for my STT, and ae LEDS bedded in the lense, so it is made to work as a set, not just a replacement blub.

Sorry I don't have first hand knowledge, just thought I would pass on what I have read, and this might have changed with some of the newer design bulbs, not the example URL I posted above.
